As one of our Homecare customers, you receive priority on boiler services and any callouts, each and every time you need us.
We will set a reminder for your annual boiler service and contact you near the time to ensure its convenient. No more trying to remember when your service is due.
Should something go wrong between boiler services, call us and you will receive priority over anyone who is not a Homecare customer. Our experienced engineers will be with you within 48 hours – sooner in the case of a serious breakdown.
You pay one fixed yearly or monthly sum which will cover everything detailed in the plan you choose. Lower level plans may also receive discounts on any work not covered by their plan.
We all take it for granted that our heating, hot water and plumbing will work. But the thought of a breakdown and being cold in the winter months, or not being able to take a hot shower… let alone possible bust pipes and flooding or finding the money to pay for the repair… is enough to cause sleepless nights.
